Requirements:
- 5–6+ years of commercial Go development
- 2+ years as a Team Lead or Lead Engineer
- Experience with distributed systems and Go concurrency
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration or configuration
- IT degree
- Experience with CI/CD, stakeholder communication, and mentoring senior engineers
- English C1
Nice to have: experience in insurance.
Working hours: 09:00–18:00 CEST.
Location: Remote. Candidates must be based in Georgia, Albania, Serbia, Slovenia, Ukraine, the EU, Hungary, Lithuania, Poland, or Armenia.
