Requirements:
- Around 1 year of experience in fintech, payment operations, customer support, or a similar role
- Basic understanding of payment processing and payment methods
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with different teams
- Fluent Russian
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of card payments, APMs, local payment methods, transaction statuses, decline codes, or payment logs
- Experience with CRM, ticketing systems, or operational tools
