Responsibilities:

  • Develop new functionality and maintain the Analytics service and the company’s main website.
  • Build and support integrations with external services.
  • Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
  • Monitor server performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve backend stability.
  • Work with Git, Linux, and development infrastructure to support application delivery.
  • Improve backend solutions and use AI tools to increase development efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of commercial web development experience with PHP, Symfony, and modern development practices.
  • Strong experience with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse, including database design and query optimization.
  • Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ and integrations with external services.
  • Confident use of Docker, Git, and Linux.
  • Experience with unit, functional, and end-to-end testing.
  • Understanding of modern backend architecture and CI/CD. DDD, CQRS, or GitLab CI/CD experience is an advantage.
  • Experience using AI-powered development tools. Knowledge of RPC, GraphQL, AVRO, Temporal, or Debezium is an advantage.
