Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with department leaders to analyze operational workflows, identify systemic inefficiencies, and implement data-driven process improvements.

  • Architect, build, and maintain dynamic, production-grade Power BI dashboards and interactive reports delivering real-time performance tracking.

  • Query, extract, sanitize, and transform massive, disparate datasets using advanced SQL to prepare optimized data structures for downstream analytical models.

  • Translate complex quantitative findings into clear narrative presentations, visual summaries, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

  • Continuously audit and optimize SQL queries, Power BI data models, Power Query M logic, and DAX calculations to ensure minimal latency, high scalability, and swift load times.

  • Partner with data engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to enforce data integrity, maintain unified metrics, and align reporting with enterprise objectives.

Skills:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven hands-on experience in business intelligence, corporate data analytics, or data modeling delivering high-impact solutions.

  • Deep technical mastery of the Power BI ecosystem, including star-schema dimensional modeling, row-level security (RLS), complex DAX measures, and report lifecycle management.

  • Demonstrated expertise in writing high-performance SQL queries, window functions, CTEs, and stored procedures across large enterprise data warehouses.

  • Strong background in analyzing end-to-end business operations, identifying KPI trends, and converting ambiguous business problems into structured analytical models.

  • Exceptional capability to articulate technical concepts and nuanced data insights to non-technical executive stakeholders.

  • Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).

Nice to have:

  • Certifications (e.g., PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst).

  • Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, BigQuery, Databricks).

  • Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines for Power BI deployment pipelines, or Fabric environments.

  • Knowledge of scripting languages for data automation (e.g., Python, R).
