AutoStore is looking for a hands-on architect to help bring AI into the company safely, at scale, and at speed. You will own the build-and-validate phase; a separate team takes proven PoCs to production.
Responsibilities:
- Build PoCs with the team, then take proven solutions to production or write specifications for the team that will run them.
- Identify business pain points, design solutions, deliver them, and prove their value.
- Design solutions to scale within the wider IT landscape and enterprise architecture.
- Define what AI needs from data, integration, security, authentication, and hosting foundations, and build on top of them.
- Explain architectural choices and trade-offs clearly to developers and business leaders.
Requirements: Experienced builder with a full-stack developer background; comfortable coding prototypes and making architecture decisions; understands how data, integration, security, and hosting fit together in a large organization. Experience with Azure, Databricks, or taking AI solutions into production is a plus.

Solutions are built on the Azure Databricks data platform and follow IT and enterprise architecture; proven ideas are taken to production or handed over to the team responsible for them.
Location: Oslo, Stavanger, or Nedre Vats, Norway. Relocation to Norway.
