Overview

We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the design and implementation of reliable, scalable and high-performing solutions on Azure, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for consistent and rapid software delivery
  • Define and apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles using tools such as Bicep, Terraform or ARM templates to create scalable environments
  • Manage and govern APIs with Azure API Management, focusing on security, transformation and performance policies
  • Integrate AI capabilities like Azure OpenAI, AI Search and Document Intelligence into backend APIs when needed
  • Ensure open communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders, promoting a culture of shared knowledge and high performance

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and infrastructure automation using Bicep, Terraform and ARM templates
  • Proficiency in working with Azure services such as Azure Functions, API Management, AKS/Container Apps, API Gateway and Web Apps
  • Strong commitment to ensuring reliability, rapid delivery and effective team communication
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
