••••• is a tech company focused on mobile apps. The Project Manager will work on the Woofz project. After onboarding and successfully completing the probation period, they will independently manage the project and own end-to-end delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Run Scrumban ceremonies and day-to-day team processes.
- Clarify requirements with Product Owners and stakeholders and create a prioritized backlog with the team.
- Plan and track scope, timelines, estimates, and capacity.
- Manage risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
- Report status to stakeholders and management.
- Maintain project documentation and improve team processes.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in cross-functional or product development teams.
- Solid understanding of Scrum and Kanban.
- Hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Strong analytical skills, including requirements analysis, planning, and risk management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills; upper-intermediate English or higher.
- Willingness to learn the product in depth.
Bonus points: experience with discovery and early-stage feature scoping, managing several initiatives in parallel, product and delivery metrics, basic technical knowledge of APIs, architecture, or release processes, and experience with B2C mobile apps or subscription products.
