Lead and grow the transaction monitoring function across acquiring and issuing, and implement AI practices into daily workflows.
Requirements: Proven experience managing a team and building monitoring capabilities; strong analytical and hands-on SQL skills; direct experience in an acquirer or PayFac environment; solid understanding of acquiring transaction monitoring and portfolio-level fraud risk.
Strong understanding of Visa and Mastercard scheme requirements, fraud monitoring programmes, and related risk indicators is mandatory.
