💡 We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer (Java, React, Kubernetes) to join an international project for a leading global financial services organization.

📍Location: Krakow, Poland
Work model: Hybrid — 3 days per week from the Krakow office
Contract: B2B

We are looking for a seasoned software engineer to

• Develop required web applications and services by analyzing business functional/technical requirements and assist in implementing them.

• Support the technical development, following clean code principles.

• Deploy, monitor, maintain, and improve the services.

• Implement tools and best practices for release, environment, and configuration management to improve deploy success rates.

• Contribute to best practices for creating elegant, efficient, and reusable code.

• Demonstrate your creative, technical, and analytical skills on a regular basis.

• Identify and work with people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements

• Collaborate with other global tech and cross-functional teams to work towards global tech solutions

Your team

You will be a key member of a young and expanding Data, Analytics & Reporting team which is part of the Compliance Technology function. We are a small friendly bunch who take pride in the quality of work that we do.

As a team, we provide application design, development and support to various model hosting platforms within Group Compliance stream, working closely with peers from the business team as well as other engineering teams.

• Have 8+ years in application development with strong knowledge on SDLC, working on all components of software lifecycle.

• Strong in analysis, design, development, testing and troubleshooting solutions.

• Skills in Java, Spring boot and Cloud technologies (preferably Azure).

• Hands-on experience with Azure services and tooling, including Azure App Service or AKS, Azure Functions, Service Bus or Event Hubs, Key Vault, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Azure Monitor/Application Insights, and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Skills in using SQL, JPA, and databases like PostgreSQL or Azure SQL.

• Good practical experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS for rapid prototyping.

• Exposure to building cloud native solutions using microservices and containers like docker.

• Fluent in development methods, tools and techniques, systems design and architecture.

• Comfortable working with people from a diversity of backgrounds and cultures.

• Well-developed business communication skills – both written and verbal.

• Ability to naturally facilitative approach to problem solving.

• Strong personal prioritization and time management.
