Arcsinus is an engineering team creating corporate IT systems for large companies. The team is looking for a manual tester to help deliver reliable Web and Mobile products.
Responsibilities:
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing of web and mobile applications.
- Analyze requirements, designs, and user scenarios; identify inconsistencies before development.
- Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and test scenarios.
- Write clear bug reports and verify fixes.
- Participate in task acceptance and monitor build quality on test environments.
- Work with developers, analysts, designers, and project managers to investigate defects.
- Perform basic API and data checks using Postman, DevTools, logs, and simple SQL queries when needed.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of commercial experience in manual testing of web or mobile products.
- Understanding of the software development and testing lifecycle, testing types, and test documentation.
- Knowledge of client-server architecture, HTTP, REST API, cookies, local storage, and browser tools.
- Experience with Jira or YouTrack, TestRail or an equivalent, Postman, DevTools, and Charles or Proxyman.
- Basic SQL knowledge; ability to check database data or understand a simple query is an advantage.
- Use AI agents to prepare test cases, checklists, test data, and negative testing scenarios.
