Responsibilities
- Own the protocol team roadmap and prioritize work based on company goals, user needs, technical constraints, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Run continuous discovery with protocol users to understand workflows, pain points, and emerging needs.
- Translate user and market insights into product requirements, decision frameworks, and success criteria.
- Partner with protocol, engineering, research, security, legal, solutions, partnerships, and marketing teams to take initiatives from exploration through design, implementation, audit, launch, and adoption.
- Evaluate product and technical tradeoffs, track initiative outcomes using quantitative data and ecosystem feedback, communicate decisions and release implications, and improve product decision-making and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years building technical products in complex or fast-changing environments.
- Track record taking products or major features from ambiguous problem spaces through launch and iteration.
- Strong technical fluency, including the ability to reason about system design and constraints and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong product judgment, user discovery and synthesis skills, and experience leading cross-functional work.
- Ability to define success using quantitative and qualitative evidence, create clarity in ambiguous contexts, and work autonomously with strong ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, comfort with async work, and a team-first mindset.
