Responsibilities:
- Own feature development on Phantom’s web platforms, including the Phantom Extension and website.
- Lead initiatives to add support for other blockchains and launch complementary products or infrastructure.
- Interface with end-users and developers building on Phantom, provide support, and collect feedback to inform product direction.
- Help build the team and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience with some of the following technologies: React, TypeScript, React-Query, Solana web3.js, ethers.js.
- Demonstrated interest in open and community-driven platforms.
- English language proficiency.
Nice to have: Experience in a blockchain-based project.
