••••••••••••••••, the company behind cTrader, is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to support business clients and colleagues using its fintech products.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve technical and product-related issues reported by clients and internal teams.
- Reproduce problems, analyse logs, check application behaviour and connectivity, and use SQL queries to investigate issues.
- Manage support tickets and chats through to resolution, keeping clients informed.
- Escalate issues with clear findings and reproduction steps, and collaborate with technical teams.
- Maintain support documentation and provide shift handovers.
- Build an understanding of the products and how clients use them.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant technical support experience with software or IT products, including hands-on troubleshooting.
- Ability to investigate issues independently, take ownership of cases and recognise when to escalate.
- Experience analysing logs and troubleshooting application and operating system issues.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP and DNS, and practical SQL skills.
- English sufficient for tickets and chats, plus conversational English for team communication.
- Organised approach to prioritising requests, documenting findings and following up.
- Availability to work from the Limassol office and join a rotating shift schedule after training.
Additional advantages: Support experience with a broker, trading platform or fintech business; experience with API integrations or familiarity with FIX, liquidity bridges, scripting, AI troubleshooting tools, or MT4/MT5.
