•••••••••••••••••••••• is looking for a Lead QA Specialist to own the quality health and release strategy for Supremacy: World War 3 across Android, iOS, and web platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive end-to-end test strategy, coverage standards, and QA processes.
- Lead bug triage and prioritization, ensuring critical defects are resolved.
- Manage and mentor a team of QA specialists.
- Identify and communicate risks to leadership while maintaining release protocols and cadence.
- Own product release decisions alongside the Producer, using KPIs such as defect density, test coverage, and escape rate.
- Research and use AI technologies to modernize testing workflows.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of manual testing experience, including at least 2 years in a lead, senior, people manager, or team lead role.
- Experience building and growing QA teams in the gaming industry; free-to-play, browser-based, or mobile strategy game experience is preferred.
- Experience testing backend services and frontend UI, from early design through final implementation.
- Clear communication skills and ability to align cross-functional stakeholders around quality standards.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Comfort using AI tools and methodologies to improve QA processes.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Malta, with a valid work permit.
