Reelful is hiring a Founding Engineer to help grow its engineering team. The product uses an agent to select, arrange, and edit videos into short social media clips.
Requirements:
- Experience with video or audio products, such as apps, editors, rendering, encoding, or media players; alternatively, experience building and improving agent pipelines.
- Strong communication skills and good taste, with the ability to work closely with the creative team.
- Comfort working in the changing environment of an early-stage startup while respecting deadlines.
Conditions: Remote; $100,000–$130,000 plus equity as an early hire.
