About the project

The client runs a central, multichannel output management platform that automatically generates and distributes documents (e.g. invoices and customer letters) for internal customers and for third-party utilities. You will develop flexible, reusable, data-driven document templates that follow the client’s Corporate Design.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain XSL-based templates in Doxee for:

  • responsive HTML emails

  • PDFs for digital processing

  • print production

  • SMS

  • Design modular templates with reusable components

  • Agree template structure, variable logic and implementation rules with the project team

  • Help design data structures and gather business requirements

  • Connect structured XML data sources

  • Deploy templates through standardized dev, test and production processes

  • Document template structure, logic, placeholders and dependencies

Must-have

  • 4+ years in document or output management template development

  • Hands-on Doxee experience, named explicitly in the CV

  • Strong XSL/XSLT and XML

  • Templates delivered for several output channels (HTML email, PDF, print, SMS)

  • Experience with staged deployment (dev, test, prod) and technical documentation

Nice-to-have

  • Other CCM / output management tools (e.g. OpenText Exstream, Quadient Inspire, Messagepoint)

  • Responsive HTML email development (HTML/CSS for email clients)

  • Energy or utilities sector experience, especially billing and customer communication

  • German language skills
