Ontorix is an IT company and Skolkovo resident developing a platform that connects enterprise data into a knowledge graph and enables AI agents to automate business processes. The platform operates within clients’ IT environments, with a focus on data security and complex integrations.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery and interviews with executives at large companies.
- Analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for AI-driven automation.
- Describe processes in BPMN and prepare development requirements.
- Work with data from 1C, ERP and CRM systems, as well as APIs and integrations.
- Use SQL to check data quality.
- Help select and prepare AI pilots and assess the applicability of AI solutions to client needs.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of business or systems analysis experience in enterprise automation and integration projects.
- Practical experience applying AI in work tasks or automation projects, and understanding of AI tools’ capabilities and limitations.
- Experience interviewing business stakeholders and documenting AS-IS processes.
- Practical knowledge of SQL and BPMN 2.0.
- Understanding of 1C, ERP/CRM, data structures, APIs and system integration principles.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both executives and technical specialists.
Nice to have: Experience implementing AI agents or working with LLMs, DWH, ETL, MDM and knowledge graphs.
