Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with development. Drive architecture, design and implementation decisions, support the Azure cloud transition and application lifecycle evolution, and lead technical reviews and troubleshooting of complex production issues.
Responsibilities:
- Promote Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, automation, scalability and reliability.
- Identify and manage technical debt and risks; mentor developers and encourage knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, Architects, DBAs and teams in Paris.
- Contribute to the •••••••••••••• data migration and prepare applications for future support and decommissioning.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- 9+ years of C#/.NET development experience and previous technical leadership, mentoring or team leadership experience.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.8+ and .NET 8+; solid knowledge of software architecture, Clean Code, SOLID and TDD.
- Experience with SQL Server/Azure SQL, Git, Gitflow, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Repos, Blob Storage, App Service, App Configuration, Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of the full application lifecycle, including production support. Banking, payments or fintech experience is a plus.
- English B2 minimum required; Portuguese B2 minimum is preferred.
