Join ••••••'s development team as a Senior Agentic Engineer.

Responsibilities:

  • Own features end to end: clarify problems with product, write specifications and acceptance criteria, build, test, ship, and support in production.
  • Work across a new product surface and a large existing platform.
  • Build an agent harness for your area, including context files, tests, hooks, and conventions for safe work in a legacy codebase.
  • Create automated tests and evaluation loops to catch regressions before human review.
  • Make scope and sequencing decisions, and write a workflow other engineers can adopt.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years building and operating production software, including senior or lead experience owning outcomes.
  • At least 6 months of daily agent-first workflow using Claude Code, Codex, Cursor agent mode, or similar, including running several agents in parallel.
  • Ability to identify agent failures and catch them with tests, evaluations, small batches, and diff review.
  • Experience with large, long-lived codebases, refactoring, migrations, and legacy constraints.
  • Strong testing discipline, product judgment, security fundamentals, and experience handling sensitive data.
  • Strong written English and at least 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern time.
  • Core stack: Python, Django, .NET, Angular, Kotlin, Swift, AWS, and SQL. Adjacent stacks are acceptable.

Nice to have: Healthcare or HIPAA-regulated SaaS experience, multi-tenant B2B SaaS, agent tooling such as MCP servers, custom hooks, or evaluation harnesses, experience leading incremental legacy-platform migrations, and useful side projects.

Work conditions and benefits: On-site at a modern Class A office in downtown Warsaw (Twarda 18); flexible schedule, training and development, mentor support, corporate library, international projects, English courses, corporate events, team building, gifts, and charity events. Benefits include private healthcare (LuxMed Silver), a sport subscription (Multisport Classic), psychological support, four sick days per year, extra days off for special events, payments on birthdays and special occasions, and an employee referral program.
