Join Microsoft's Word team to shape document creation, editing, review, and collaboration experiences used worldwide. This role is based at the Microsoft Development Center Serbia.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and partners through research, community feedback, support signals, and product telemetry; turn insights into product improvements.
- Set product direction, define objectives and success metrics, and use qualitative and quantitative evidence to guide decisions from concept through launch and iteration.
- Partner with engineering, design, research, data science, and other teams to deliver features while balancing customer value, quality, scope, risk, and readiness.
- Understand complex technical systems and architecture, support execution, and translate technical complexity into customer value.
- Work with marketing, field, support, and community teams on launch, adoption, and product communications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and experience in product, service, or program management or software development, or equivalent experience.
- Experience delivering complex products with cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
- Experience using customer research, product data, and business context to identify opportunities, set product strategy, and define requirements.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills in English.
- Preferred: experience with productivity, collaboration, authoring, enterprise, or platform products; improving product metrics; and partnering with engineering on complex software architecture, services, client applications, or developer platforms.
