Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Model-Driven Power Apps utilizing Dataverse forms, views, business process flows, command bar actions, and security roles.

  • Build, configure, and secure external-facing Microsoft Power Pages using Liquid templates, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and custom web components.

  • Write, debug, and maintain server-side C#/.NET plugins, custom workflow activities, and API extensions for Dataverse and Dynamics 365.

  • Develop complex asynchronous workflows, orchestrations, and automated approval logic using Power Automate cloud flows.

  • Execute and validate enterprise data migration workflows, transitioning legacy systems (e.g., Lotus Notes) into structured Dataverse schemas.

  • Build secure, scalable integrations connecting Power Platform solutions with Azure services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Blob Storage), Microsoft 365, and external third-party systems via REST/JSON APIs.

  • Collaborate with business analysts, technical leads, and solution architects to refine technical specifications and establish architectural standards.

  • Implement performance tuning, application lifecycle management (ALM), identity management, and role-based security governance aligned with regulatory and public-sector requirements.

Skills:

  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including deep technical delivery across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

  • Advanced experience writing server-side plugins, custom workflow assemblies, and enterprise integration services in C# and .NET.

  • Extensive hands-on experience building custom Power Pages using Liquid, client-side JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and custom web templates.

  • Expert-level knowledge of Dataverse relational architecture, table design, entity relationships, business rules, and security role modeling.

  • Proven proficiency in designing, orchestrating, and troubleshooting complex cloud flows and business logic automation in Power Automate.

  • Practical experience integrating Power Platform with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure Blob Storage, and external services via secure REST/SOAP APIs and JSON payloads.

  • Strong capability to determine when to utilize native low-code features versus implementing custom pro-code plugins and cloud services.

  • Solid understanding of modern authentication, OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, role-based access control, and secure integration patterns.

Nice to have:

  • Certifications such as PL-400, PL-600, or AZ-204.

  • Practical experience migrating data and legacy business logic from Lotus Notes / Domino into modern Microsoft architectures.

  • Experience with Power Platform CLI, Solution Packager, Git, and automated ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
