Head of Product (AI Cloud)

••••• is building a full-stack AI cloud, from data centers and hardware to a cloud platform used by leading AI teams. The company is headquartered in Helsinki, with offices in London and San Francisco.

Role: Own product direction and priorities for the cloud platform, including its console, APIs, SDKs, CLI, identity and access, billing, and shared capabilities. Lead and grow the product team, working closely with engineering, Design, Data Analytics, Sales, Customer Support, and Product Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Translate company strategy into measurable product goals and team roadmaps.
• Use customer conversations, usage data, support feedback, and competitive research to guide product decisions.
• Prioritise opportunities and assess whether to build, buy, or integrate capabilities.
• Evaluate target users, demand, differentiation, pricing, packaging, and business economics.
• Build the product team and improve product management practices.
• Work with engineering through delivery, setting scope and success criteria, sequencing releases, managing dependencies and risks, and tracking results.
• Improve the end-to-end customer journey, from discovering and deploying workloads to managing access, failures, and spend.
• Use AI tools and agents in research, analysis, prototyping, and communication.

Requirements:

• Direct product experience with an inference or AI developer platform, GPU cloud, or AI training infrastructure; strong understanding of its customers, market, and economics.
• Data-driven product management, with experience defining and using metrics.
• Strong product and business judgment, customer focus, and a record of effective prioritisation and measurable outcomes.
• Experience building or leading a product team and driving organisational change.
• Strong execution, communication, and influencing skills.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and agentic workflows, including the needs of agents using cloud platforms.

Nice to have: Engineering or technical founding background; experience improving a self-service developer product from first use through paid adoption and expansion.
