Design and evolve scalable Go backend architectures for distributed, high-load systems, making key technical decisions and working with engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Design APIs, microservices, integrations, and data flows.
- Define approaches to scalability, fault tolerance, reliability, security, and observability.
- Participate in architecture reviews, create technical documentation, guide engineering teams, and identify architectural risks.
- Work with databases, message brokers, containers, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD.
- Contribute to practical AI/LLM integration in enterprise systems.
Requirements: 7+ years of software development experience, including 4+ years of production Go experience; strong Go and concurrency knowledge; experience with distributed, high-load, and microservice architectures, system and API design, databases, message brokers, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD. Architecture review and documentation experience required. FinTech, banking, insurance, or other regulated enterprise experience is an advantage. Practical AI/LLM integration experience, a relevant bachelor's or master's degree, English C1+, and strong communication and stakeholder-management skills are also required.
Technology stack: Go, gRPC, REST, Kafka/RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Prometheus, Grafana.
Conditions: Fully remote, full-time international enterprise project. Candidates must be located outside Russia and Belarus, preferably within GMT+1 to GMT+5. Compensation up to €7,000/month depending on experience and location. Standard benefits package.
