Lead the development of next-generation on-chain risk identification and threat intelligence systems using LLM techniques, including autonomous agent workflows for continuous monitoring, self-triggered investigation, and automated operational responses across the risk lifecycle.

Lead forensic investigations into crypto theft, fraud, and market manipulation, using AI-assisted pattern recognition to accelerate root cause analysis. Research post-quantum cryptographic algorithms and their implications for blockchain security; assess quantum computing threats to existing cryptographic foundations and evaluate migration paths. Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders on incident response, and work with academic institutions to turn frontier research into deployable security tools.

Requirements: Master's or PhD in blockchain security, computer science, data science, or a related field; programming experience with languages used in blockchain analytics; experience applying machine learning or AI to blockchain data analysis, fraud detection, or threat intelligence; experience with blockchain monitoring, forensic tools, and analytics platforms. A strong publication record is highly valued. Familiarity with NIST PQC standards and lattice- or hash-based cryptography, understanding of quantum computing threats to elliptic-curve cryptography and Web3 key management, and security or risk control experience are pluses. Strong communication and collaboration skills; English is essential, Mandarin is an advantage.
