Technically strong specialist to own financial automation, calculation logic, and data processes in a fast-growing fintech.
Responsibilities:
- Automated financial calculations and online balances
- Financial and operational process automation, reconciliations, and reporting
- Work with PostgreSQL databases, data structures, queries, and financial data marts
- Develop scripts, services, bots, and internal automation tools
- Implement pricing, spreads, commissions, margins, and unit economics
- Real-time monitoring and alerts for margin deviations
- Use ChatGPT / LLM tools and APIs for coding, analysis, automation, and documentation
- Collaborate with Finance to turn business requirements into reliable technical solutions
Requirements:
- Strong SQL and professional Python skills
- Solid PostgreSQL / database knowledge
- Hands-on experience with automation, scripts, pipelines, or services
- Understanding of data architecture and calculation logic
- Experience using ChatGPT / LLMs as a practical work tool
- Ability to work independently with complex or ambiguous requirements
- Strong Russian and English language skills
