Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help design and develop the business logic and structure of a Hotel Management System (HMS).
Responsibilities:
- Design business processes, workflows, and system requirements for an HMS platform.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders.
- Analyze hotel operations and translate business needs into software solutions.
- Develop functional specifications and documentation.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with Hotel Management Systems (HMS/PMS).
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, including reservations, front desk, housekeeping, billing, and reporting.
- Experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.
Conditions: Fully remote, full-time, Monday–Friday during EST business hours. Contract-based employment; holidays and days off are negotiable. International, English-speaking environment. Candidates currently based in Russia are not considered.
