Seeking 2 Senior QA Consultants to strengthen the Payments Baltic teams of a major Baltic and Scandinavian banking client. Hands-on role requiring deep banking payments domain expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform functional, regression, manual, and automation testing.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of complex payment flows and processes, with a strong focus on backend testing.
  • Work closely with QA teams and support or mentor other specialists when needed.
  • Take ownership and lead when needed.

Requirements:

  • 7–10+ years of QA experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in banking payments and an excellent understanding of payment flows and processes.
  • Practical Java knowledge.
  • Automation testing experience with Selenium and a strong manual and automation testing background.
  • Mature, proactive, and open-minded approach. UI testing experience is a plus; the main focus is backend.

Work model: Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week onsite.
