Join the Risk-Management Product Group, building risk management tools and back-office pages for internal risk managers and external operator clients. The team develops a high-load microservice system, continuously adding modules and optimizing performance and high-throughput processing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-load backend services using Python and asyncio.
  • Design, support, and optimize microservice architecture components.
  • Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making.
  • Implement integrations with Kafka, RabbitMQ, and internal RPC services.
  • Refactor and improve services for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Write functional and integration tests.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, analysts, and product teams; contribute to code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • Python 3.11 and 5+ years of professional experience.
  • Strong experience with asyncio and asynchronous programming; 3+ years preferred.
  • Experience with microservice architecture, REST APIs, and RPC.
  • Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and SOLID, DRY, KISS, and YAGNI principles.
  • Experience designing internal libraries, SDKs, or shared components.
  • Experience with Pydantic v2 and stream processing.
  • Understanding of RPC server design, request/response patterns, retries, and correlation IDs.
  • Kafka experience, including consumer groups, delivery guarantees, schema design, and partitioning strategies.
  • RabbitMQ experience with RPC, pub/sub, DLX, and retries.
  • MongoDB experience with indexes, configurations, and transactions.
  • Nice to have: fintech, betting, or trading experience; Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Docker, Kubernetes, GraphQL (Ariadne), ClickHouse, and CI/CD experience.
