Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about blockchain technology.
- Experience with production Kubernetes clusters, declarative infrastructure using Terraform or similar tools, and GitOps-style delivery.
- Experience designing CI/CD workflows and scaling deployment automation with tools such as ArgoCD ApplicationSets.
- Comfort with Linux, shell scripting, and programming in Python or Go.
- Experience operating cloud platforms and observability systems, and troubleshooting networking and storage issues in distributed systems.
- Participation in on-call rotations, incident response, and postmortems.
- Security-minded approach, including least privilege, threat modeling, and architecture reviews.
- Ownership, collaboration, and commitment to high-quality work.
