Position overview

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to contribute to the development and maintenance of web applications. You will work on backend services, collaborate with the team during agile ceremonies, and improve code quality through reviews and feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Design Python code

  • Implement Python code

  • Maintain Python code

  • Fix bugs based on peer and lead developer feedback

  • Improve code based on peer and lead developer feedback

  • Write clean code

  • Write readable code

  • Write well documented code

  • Participate in daily standups

  • Participate in sprint planning

  • Participate in code reviews

  • Learn under the guidance of senior developers through mentorship and feedback

  • Grow under the guidance of senior developers through mentorship and feedback

Requirements

  • 5 plus years of development experience

  • Good knowledge of Python

  • Good knowledge of FastAPI

  • Good knowledge of REST APIs

  • Good knowledge of SQLAlchemy

  • Good knowledge of React

  • Good knowledge of component based architecture

  • Good knowledge of AWS

  • Ability to work with Figma, Zeplin, or similar tools to translate designs into code

Nice to have

  • Good knowledge of Django

  • Willingness to learn and grow as a full stack developer

  • Clear and proactive communication with team members

  • Experience building full stack applications

  • Experience deploying full stack applications
