Looking for the first DevSecOps Engineer to join the DevOps team and build the foundations of infrastructure security.
Responsibilities:
- Build and improve identity and access management, secrets management, and secure infrastructure access.
- Strengthen Linux and cloud security, VPNs, and SSL/TLS certificate management.
- Integrate security checks into GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Improve infrastructure protection, incident response, and security practices.
- Help define safe practices for AI tools and AI agents with infrastructure access.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps or system administration.
- Strong Linux skills and hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure security, identity and access management, and secrets management.
- Ownership, clear communication, and a practical, solution-oriented approach to security.
- English proficiency is mandatory; Russian is a plus.
Location: Candidates should be based in Limassol, Cyprus, or be able to start remotely with flexibility to relocate.
