TeamViewer is looking for a QA Engineer to contribute to manual testing and test automation.
Responsibilities:
- Write, review, and execute test plans and test cases throughout the development life cycle.
- Ensure test plans cover requirements and customer use cases.
- Develop automated tests for key test suites and integrate them into CI/CD.
- Participate in refinement sessions, provide end-user feedback, and collaborate with QA teams on strategy, tooling, and best practices.
- Continuously improve QA activities and maintain daily automated regression runs.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar subject.
- At least 5 years of manual and automation testing experience.
- Experience designing and implementing automated tests, including test planning, maintenance, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of testing fundamentals, test design techniques, defect lifecycle, and root cause analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one desktop operating system (Windows, macOS, or Linux), including troubleshooting; familiarity with command-line basics, logs, processes, and networking basics.
- Experience with TestRail or similar test management tools, and Ranorex or Selenium (C#).
- Experience integrating automated tests into CI pipelines.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
