  • Plan and execute manual tests for frontend changes, backend business logic, and API behavior across web, mobile, or backend applications.
  • Identify edge cases and conduct comprehensive regression testing across complex, multi-system environments.
  • Write clear, reproducible bug reports and work with developers to resolve root causes.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams, adapting test coverage as workflows and feedback evolve.

Requirements:

  • Experience manually validating software behavior and code changes from automated or agentic workflows.
  • Strong manual testing, exploratory testing, test case design, and end-to-end QA skills.
  • Ability to own functional quality, understand diverse application flows, and work proactively in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, product sense, and customer empathy.
  • Experience testing APIs, including with Postman or browser developer tools.

Nice to have: Familiarity with test automation, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, AI/LLM-driven development workflows, support transcript analysis, NLP outputs, CI/CD, event-driven architectures, microservices, or distributed systems.

Work arrangement: Remote, with 6–8 hours of overlap with PST.
