Seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and support infrastructure, CI/CD, and self-service platforms that make releases and environment management predictable and reversible.
Responsibilities:
- Improve observability for critical trading paths through centralized logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and runbooks.
- Create documentation and resources for platform tools and work with Technical Leadership to prioritize reliability and developer-experience initiatives.
- Partner with Core and Ops on production readiness, capacity, failover, environment parity, and safe operational workflows.
- Develop continuous delivery practices with rapid feedback loops and safe deployments.
- Lead technical projects, architecture and design decisions, code reviews, pairing, and mentoring.
- Support rollout of platform changes across teams.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, including Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps work focused on observability and production reliability.
- Expertise in observability, logging pipelines, distributed tracing, metrics collection, and monitoring strategies.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools, cloud-native services on AWS, DevOps practices, orchestration, containers, and serverless architectures.
- Experience supporting Java/JVM production services is a plus.
- Familiarity with continuous delivery, CI, test automation, and safe deployment strategies.
- Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skills in distributed global teams.
