Responsibilities:
- Design scalable microservices and migrate from a monolithic architecture across multi-region data centers.
- Develop and integrate high-load features handling millions of concurrent users.
- Build fault-tolerant services.
- Optimize backend performance, API gateways, traffic routing, and load balancing.
- Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to maintain security and system resilience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years hands-on with Python.
- Strong experience with Django and DRF.
- Proven background building high-load, fault-tolerant services.
- Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and database and messaging systems.
- Hands-on experience with containerized infrastructure.
Nice to have: Experience with Go, Unix internals, or monitoring tools; familiarity with frontend technologies; finance or trading domain experience.
