Responsibilities:
Develop, deploy, and operate production-grade Go services, CLI tools, and Linux-based backend components.
Design Custom Resource Definitions (CRDs) and implement controller-runtime reconcilers, including structured status and condition management.
Integrate workload lifecycle workflows with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) pipelines through the Terraform provider model using non-interactive execution.
Analyze, debug, and safely extend legacy and undocumented codebases.
Increase test coverage, observability, and technical documentation across all assigned services.
Participate in code reviews and collaborate with platform engineering teams to maintain operational stability.
Skills :
Proven hands-on experience in Go (Golang) building production services, concurrent applications, and command-line interfaces.
Practical experience with the Kubernetes controller-runtime ecosystem, including CRD schema design, reconciliation loops, and status condition semantics.
Solid Linux operating system fundamentals, process isolation, and runtime troubleshooting.
Working knowledge of the Terraform provider architecture, plugin models, and automated, headless CI/CD execution.
Demonstrated ability to navigate, understand, and refactor poorly documented or legacy codebases.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English for effective remote collaboration.
Nice to Have:
Experience with admission webhooks, conversion webhooks, or API machinery components.
Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker) and Kubernetes operational patterns.
Experience implementing automated testing suites (unit, integration, and end-to-end) in Go.
