Responsibilities:

  • Lead feature development through scoping, architecture, deployment, and iteration based on live user data.
  • Integrate AI tools into the daily workflow to accelerate development and maximize output.
  • Make autonomous decisions, navigate ambiguity, and fill gaps in requirements.
  • Deploy MVPs quickly to gather real-world feedback and prioritize validated learning over over-engineering.
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders and users to understand pain points and build functional, scalable software.
  • Work cross-functionally to remove blockers and maintain a high shipping cadence.

Requirements:

  • Experience developing and maintaining production-grade web applications, ideally with TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-driven development, and modern build pipelines.
  • Good understanding of system design and ability to work with complex systems.
  • Strong product intuition for applying AI to solve user problems and deliver valuable features.
