Overview

We are seeking a proficient Senior Python Developer to join our team and drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will excel in Python programming and have expertise in technologies like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langchain, and Langgraph. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the AI Migration Pilot solution and deliver impactful AI-driven innovations for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI-driven solutions and contribute to the development of the AI Migration Pilot platform
  • Partner with the Solution Architect, Development Lead, and team members to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs
  • Integrate AI models with existing systems and optimize their functionality
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality and adherence to best practices
  • Resolve technical challenges and enhance platform stability and performance
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AI trends to implement innovative strategies and tools
  • Analyze legacy code and perform modernization tasks using AI/Run Codemie platform capabilities (Langgraph underpinned)
  • Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers to promote skill development

Requirements

  • Residence in Ukraine (remote work eligible only for candidates based in Ukraine)
  • 3+ years of experience in Python software development with a strong portfolio
  • Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Langchain, and Langgraph technologies
  • Strong analytical abilities with problem-solving aptitude
  • Advanced communication and collaboration skills
  • Motivation for growth in AI and commitment to applying it innovatively in development
  • Competency in coding techniques and prompt engineering applications
  • Capability to interpret and modernize legacy codebases
  • Familiarity with Java, C++ and C# languages

  • Background in AI, machine learning frameworks and tools
  • Showcase of agentic platform development experience
  • Flexibility to apply agile methodologies in project execution
  • Knowledge of LLM-based technologies for code analysis and optimization
