What you bring
- 4+ years of professional .NET development experience with complex systems
- Expert-level knowledge of ASP.NET/MVC and MS SQL Server database design
- Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React/Vue.js)
- B1+ English fluency with demonstrated client-facing communication skills
- Continuous learning mindset for mastering emerging .NET technologies
What you'll do
- Architect and deliver production-grade .NET solutions with a focus on performance and scalability
- Lead full-cycle development from requirements analysis through deployment and optimization
- Engage stakeholders through demo sessions, Agile ceremonies, and technical workshops
- Champion code quality through rigorous reviews and robust test automation strategies
- Contribute to business growth by participating in technical estimations, planning, and pre-sales activities
- Optional leadership: Conduct technical interviews, mentor team members, and share expertise at industry events
