About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to design, deliver, and support advanced IT infrastructure solutions for mission-critical environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges, takes ownership of customer success, and values excellence in availability, performance, and security.

You will work alongside a highly skilled engineering team, playing a key role in the architecture, deployment, migration, and ongoing optimization of enterprise infrastructure solutions. As a trusted technical advisor, you will engage directly with customers and stakeholders, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

-        Design, implement, and maintain enterprise infrastructure solutions including servers, storage,           virtualization, security, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows operating systems.

-        Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers.

-        Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective technical designs.

-        Lead and contribute to infrastructure deployments, migrations, and upgrades.

-        Perform site surveys, audits, and technical assessments.

-        Provide clear and accurate feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs and required changes.

-        Manage assigned projects and technical deliverables, ensuring alignment with agreed timelines and objectives.

-        Deliver consistently high-quality, reliable, and timely engineering work.

-        Troubleshoot complex system, hardware, virtualization, and security issues, performing accurate root cause analysis.

-        Proactively ensure maximum availability, performance, and resilience of systems and infrastructure.

-        Participate in the design and improvement of information and operational support systems.

-        Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support.

-        Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and system designs.

-        Perform additional tasks as required to support business and technical objectives.

Qualifications & Skills

-        University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

-        3+ years of hands-on experience in a Senior Systems Engineer or equivalent role

-        Strong experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows environment.

-        Solid expertise in virtualization and storage technologies

-        Experience with monitoring and performance management systems

-        Broad knowledge of ICT systems with deep specialization in infrastructure, networking, and/or security

-        Microsoft Certifications

-        Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

-        Fluency in both Greek and English

-        Reporting Line

-        Reports to the Professional Service Manager
