Responsibilities:
- Build production-quality UI components and interactions in React Native, translating designs into pixel-accurate, performant code.
- Partner with product designers to prototype, test, and iterate on ideas.
- Own and maintain the design system and component library.
- Bridge design and engineering by identifying feasibility issues and proposing technical solutions.
- Improve UI performance, animations, and micro-interactions across web, mobile, and browser extension.
- Collaborate on UI architecture and evolve design-to-development workflows, including Figma handoff and design tokens.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of frontend/UI engineering experience, with strong hands-on React Native experience.
- Strong design craft in typography, spacing, motion, and interaction details.
- Comfortable prototyping and iterating in Figma or similar tools.
- Experience building and maintaining component or design systems.
- Track record of shipping polished consumer-facing mobile products.
- Strong communication skills across design and engineering teams.
Nice to have:
- Interest in Web3 or crypto products.
- Experience with design tokens, theming systems, or cross-platform component libraries.
- Designer-to-coder background or strong design sensibility as an engineer.
- Familiarity with React Native animation libraries such as Reanimated and Lottie.
- Fintech, crypto, or high-growth consumer app experience.
