BGaming is a game development company creating slots and gaming solutions for online casinos.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor regulatory changes across key jurisdictions, identify compliance impacts, perform gap analyses, and ensure operational readiness.
- Manage audits and lifecycle compliance for technical and security certifications, including CMP, ISMS/ISO 27001, and RNG, working with independent testing laboratories.
- Develop and update internal compliance procedures and technical security policies.
- Evaluate requirements for new jurisdictions and translate regulatory rules into actionable technical requirements for cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate compliance requirements and processes with development, DevOps, security, legal, and international laboratory teams.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical compliance, QA engineering, or technical auditing in the iGaming industry.
- Experience with gap analyses, change management records, and market-specific regulatory requirements.
- Experience collaborating with independent testing laboratories.
- Working familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 and RNG systems, and knowledge of iGaming regulatory frameworks including MGA, DGOJ, SRIJ, the Danish Gambling Authority, and ADM.
- Advanced Russian and English.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical technical auditing experience, is a plus.
