Own the product vision and roadmap, aligning them with business goals. Manage and prioritise the backlog based on business value, user impact, and changing priorities. Translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Drive delivery with the development team by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and participating in Agile ceremonies. Validate product decisions through feedback and feature performance, and use AI tools for product discovery, analysis, and everyday workflows.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of iGaming experience and understanding of casino and betting mechanics, payments, bonuses, player accounts, affiliate tracking, and compliance.
- 4+ years in Product Ownership or Business Analysis, with hands-on backlog ownership.
- Strong product mindset, communication, analytical, and decomposition skills; proactive and able to drive initiatives independently.
- Experience with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, Jira, Confluence, UML/BPMN, and wireframing tools.
- A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Proficient Russian; Upper-Intermediate English or higher is an advantage.
