Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and align business and system requirements with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, identify business needs, and shape product development proposals.
- Prepare and maintain analytical documentation, including requirements, user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria, specifications, and diagrams.
- Model business processes, data, and system interactions; design integrations and APIs.
- Decompose requirements and support them throughout the development lifecycle; collaborate with development, testing, architecture, and product teams.
- Conduct impact analysis, develop analysis practices and standards, and lead, mentor, and support the hiring and performance reviews of analysts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a combined BA/SA role.
- Experience analyzing and modeling business processes, designing system solutions and integrations, and working with requirements of varying complexity.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and digital product development.
- Experience with REST APIs and OpenAPI/Swagger; strong SQL skills and understanding of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Practical knowledge of BPMN, UML, ERD, use cases, user stories, and other analytical artifacts.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Strong communication skills and leadership, mentoring, or team management experience.
- English at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
Nice to have: Experience developing analysis processes; Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other message brokers; Event-Driven Architecture; BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Superset; high-load and distributed systems; CI/CD, testing, change delivery, and architectural solution design.
