Lead delivery of a task force supporting Payments Services Regulation (PSR) obligations and other Payments Baltic VDE (Value Delivery Engine) initiatives. Act as the main interface between the task force and VDE management, combining Scrum Master and delivery management responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 7–10 years of experience in the role and fluent English
- Proven experience leading Agile delivery teams in enterprise environments
- Strong Scrum Master and Agile delivery management skills
- Experience coordinating analysts, developers, QA specialists and architects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing delivery risks, dependencies and complex initiatives
- Solid understanding of SDLC, testing and deployment practices
- Experience in banking, payments, financial services or other regulated environments
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, lead and mentor others, and solve abstract tasks
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day execution and deliver objectives within scope, quality and timeline
- Coordinate analysts, developers, QA specialists and the Tech Lead
- Keep progress, risks, dependencies and impediments transparent
- Facilitate Kanban/Scrum processes and ceremonies
- Support backlog management, prioritization, estimation and release planning
- Monitor team capacity, workload and delivery predictability
- Serve as the main contact for business and technology stakeholders
- Coordinate with VDE, architecture, platform and other delivery teams
- Escalate issues and drive mitigation plans
- Oversee testing, deployment and implementation activities
- Ensure quality standards, documentation and governance are met
- Support onboarding and resource planning
