Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end payments product roadmap, prioritizing improvements to settlement speed, transaction success rates, and user experience.
- Design and refine payment flows for virtual IBANs, cross-border SEPA/SWIFT routing, payment gateway integrations, and fiat-to-crypto rails.
- Write product requirements and user stories, and work with engineering to deliver releases on time.
- Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure products meet CySEC, CBC, and broader EU regulatory standards.
- Work with banking partners, liquidity providers, and payment processors to expand routing options and optimize processing costs.
- Track product metrics, including conversion rates, processing speeds, and failure reasons, and make data-backed decisions.
Requirements:
- Valid, unrestricted authorization to work in Cyprus or the EU.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Technical Product Lead in a fintech, EMI, bank, or payment gateway/PSP.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEPA Instant, SWIFT, virtual IBAN architectures, and correspondent banking. Crypto payments or digital asset rails experience is a plus.
- Strong product delivery focus and excellent written and spoken English.
- Ability to translate regulatory and financial requirements into clear technical tasks.
