Responsibilities:
- Investigate behavioral data to detect fraud and bad actors, and improve data-driven moderation systems.
- Design and validate user trust levels and risk-scoring methodologies.
- Measure the business impact of non-compliant behavior and translate safety risks into clear metrics.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to build, test, and ship solutions.
- Design and refine data flows, metrics, and features for Trust & Safety analytics.
- Explain analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Scientist; Trust & Safety, customer behavior, or risk experience is a plus.
- Advanced SQL and strong Python skills, including pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, and visualization libraries.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests and applying causal inference methods.
- Strong statistical foundations and understanding of machine learning classification and model evaluation.
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau or Looker.
- Strong ownership, analytical problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
