Own courier and freight onboarding flows, verification processes, and regulatory compliance across the Delivery Hub.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end registration and verification funnels, improve conversion, configure country-specific flows with the product team, and investigate funnel drop-offs.
- Plan and execute country-by-country migrations of WatchDocs data to new platforms, tracking their impact on registrations and conversion.
- Lead KYC, identity verification, document requirements, compliance platform development, and compliance dashboards for Courier and Freight.
- Represent Delivery Hub in cross-vertical compliance initiatives, prepare markets for regulatory changes, and support launches in regulated markets.
- Lead supply funnel optimization projects with analytics, quantify business impact, and manage onboarding and compliance planning and reporting.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of project management or operations experience in ride-hailing, delivery, or marketplace platforms; onboarding, KYC, or regulatory project experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery), experience building BI dashboards (Tableau or similar), and mastery of Jira and Confluence.
- Strong understanding of KYC and identity verification flows and delivery marketplace metrics, including GMV, active supply, done rate, activation, and funnel conversion.
- Ability to translate regulatory requirements into product requirements and assess business impact.
- Fluent English, cross-cultural communication skills, end-to-end ownership, pragmatic problem-solving, and strong execution discipline.
