We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a project focused on understanding business needs, improving processes, and translating business requirements into clear specifications that enable effective solution delivery.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with business objectives, meet stakeholder expectations, and deliver measurable value. You will be responsible for requirements analysis, process modeling, stakeholder management, and supporting the delivery lifecycle.

Your responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis

  • Challenge and refine requirements to ensure clarity, completeness, and feasibility

  • Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for business process improvements

  • Categorize and prioritize functional, non-functional, and technical requirements

  • Prepare high-quality documentation, including BRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications

  • Create process maps, user journeys, and AS-IS / TO-BE models

  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure requirements traceability

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to maintain a shared understanding of requirements

  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and alignment meetings

  • Support development teams throughout the solution design and implementation phases

  • Validate delivered solutions against business requirements

  • Participate in SIT/UAT testing cycles and support business readiness

  • Contribute to backlog refinement, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and ensure solutions deliver expected business value

Requirements:

  • Proven professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Agile environments

  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation

  • Practical knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities

  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements

  • Experience collaborating with both business and technical teams

  • Good understanding of the software development lifecycle

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in complex enterprise or financial services environments

  • Knowledge of business process modeling techniques, such as BPMN and UML

  • Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps

  • Relevant certifications, such as IIBA, PMI-PBA, Agile BA, or Scrum
