Responsibilities:
- Prepare commercial proposals and analyze client requirements at early project stages.
- Conduct workshops and interviews with clients to gather software requirements.
- Formulate detailed specifications based on collected input.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to strengthen the company's position in proposals.
- Provide analytical oversight for project execution.
- Work as a business analyst on internal product development projects.
- Participate in R&D initiatives integrating generative AI tools into software development processes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects.
- Participation in 5+ full-cycle projects, from presale to go-live.
- Strong understanding of requirements-gathering methodologies, including BABOK and User Story Mapping.
- Proficiency in UML/BPMN notations and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and Miro.
- Fluent English.
Desirable:
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and architectural patterns.
- Foundational skills in Machine Learning and data analysis (Python, SQL).
- Ability to use ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and similar tools to accelerate creation of project artifacts, including SRS, user flows, interface prototypes, process diagrams, and SQL queries.
